| Doral Marine Resort is a proud advocate and participant of the Clean Marine Program. Developed by various private and public stakeholders, this initiative serves to inspire owners, operators, and patrons of marine-based facilities to incorporate environmentally sound practices in all commercial operations and recreational activities. Fundamentally, the goal is to protect and preserve our waterways for all to enjoy.
To ensure the highest degree of commitment, Doral Marine Resort considers its patrons and staff as stewards who consider the environment a top priority. Patrons and employees alike are encouraged to confirm their pledge to the program by signing a Clean Marine Program Agreement. Signing confirms acknowledgement, compliance, and willingness to assist Doral Marine Resort to conserve the natural marine environment. To further demonstrate our devotion to the program, Doral Marine Resort offers a complimentary bilge oil absorber to each boater who returns an endorsed agreement. The latest, innovative environmental initiative is the Clean Boater Program. This agenda compliments the Clean Marine Program by aiming to assist mariners in becoming more aware of how they, as individuals, can make an environmental difference. To become a Clean Boater, a $35 membership fee applies and each prospective member must comply with an environmental boat inspection. As an Eco-Rated facility, Doral Marine Resort is serving as a program registrant and complimentary inspection facility this season. To become a Clean Boater, schedule your courtesy inspection by contacting Doral Marine Resort's Clean Marine representative. For additional program information, visit the Ontario Marine Operator Association's website.
