Due to congestion at travel lift area, all vessels must be removed by day's end otherwise towing charges will apply.

Doral Marine Resort extends a "Limited Warranty" related to its service charges on work performed by our employees for a period of 30 days from completion of the work. If the date of coverage is in dispute, the date of the invoice will be used as the start date for the 30-day warranty period. This "Limited Warranty" is non-transferable to any subsequent owner of the vessel. This "Limited Warranty" covering service does not cover any charges necessary to fix product failure or deficiencies in work performed by sub-contractors. Doral Marine Resort will honour both product and sub-contractor warranties as offered by the original manufacturer of the products and the "Limited Warranty" offered by the sub-contractors.

Terms: Cash, unless other arrangements have been made. 2% per month on all accounts not paid within 30 days. I hereby authorize the above indicated work to be done, along with the necessary parts and supplies, and agree that Doral Marine Resort is released from liability or damage or loss no matter how it occurs to the vessel, motor, or equipment while under their direction and control, and agree that the property is insured by us, the boat owner, against any damage while on the premises, land or water, of Doral Marine Resort.
Submitting this completed form electronically confirms your acceptance to all applicable terms, conditions, and rates, as well as acts as your authorization for Doral Marine Resort to perform work requests and to launch your vessel accordingly.
